The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, catering to our family's needs during our stay. Our room was clean and had a lovely whirlpool, which added a touch of relaxation. I also enjoyed the generous breakfast options that included fresh fruit and eggs.

The stay was enjoyable, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast varied from typical chain offerings, which provided a refreshing change. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a small diner, within walking distance, where the food was excellent. Overall, this Cobblestone Hotels location met my needs during my business trip.

The elevator floor could have used more attention.

I loved the clean and comfy King Suite. The bed felt amazing for a good night's sleep. Breakfast choices were delightful, especially the hot options. There was a diner nearby for extra meals, which was a nice touch. However, the room lacked a refrigerator, which was inconvenient for storing snacks and drinks. The TV in the bedroom side just wouldn’t work, causing some frustration during our stay. Overall, while I appreciated the accommodations, a few amenities could use improvement.

Service shines despite wear

The staff here is exceptionally friendly, always ready with a smile and helpful tips. I particularly enjoyed the conveniently located Shawano Cafe nearby for burnt ends and curds.

Unfortunately, the hotel's decor feels very dated, with worn carpets and furniture that could use a refresh. The noise from neighboring rooms kept me up a bit later than I’d hoped.

I had a nice stay with my family. the breakfast was surprisingly great, especially the waffles! However, the pool looked a bit dirty, which was disappointing. I wouldn’t mind returning though!

The King Suite was super clean and surprisingly comfy. The king bed was a dream to sleep on! I was really impressed by the breakfast too, everything was hot and tasty. It’s a bummer that breakfast options were a bit limited, but the staff made up for it with their friendliness. Overall, a pretty solid stay!

We had a pleasant stay with our adult kids. The room was quite spacious, and everyone loved the breakfast options. Also, the kids enjoyed a day out at the nearby Clintonville Riverside Golf Course, which was affordable and fun.

We enjoyed our stay in the King Suite. The family restaurant next door was a fantastic bonus for meals. Our kids loved the spacious pool and relaxing whirlpool. Just be prepared for some noise if the hotel is busy, but it quieted down by 10 PM. Consider visiting the nearby Shawano Speedway for a fun outing.

the location is convenient right off the highway but the water has a bad smell.

Housekeeping was diligent. always keeping options filled in the breakfast area. The indoor pool was a highlight for our family, with a clean environment for swimming.
